Where the human side of AI finds its voice

Tech/ish hosts intimate events that build AI literacy and collective agency for a future that’s better for everyone.

Why we gather

Fire. Written language. Democracy. The printing press. Electricity. The internet. Artificial intelligence…

Humanity’s most consequential innovations have all brought uncertainty, tradeoffs, and change. The risk is inherent in their power to transform. Except this time, AI is moving faster than any institution could possibly govern.

So as we birth a new version of the world, one with wildly powerful computers, Tech/ish invites you to participate. While spotlights shine on the business value and power dynamics, Tech/ish invests in people.

Let's chat
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT A TECH/ISH EVENT?

Tech/ish gathers people with disparate experiences with AI for high-impact discussions about how things are changing. Together, we understand the risks, envision the futures we want, and identify relevant ways to take action.

Find an event

That means connecting with your retired neighbor over the advent of AI companions.

It means marveling at an AI-generated poem with creatives who find generative tools empowering — or disempowering.

And it means sitting across from a lawyer writing AI liability policies, asking what keeps them up at night.

At Tech/ish events, you’ll hear the latest research, uncover the industry’s incentives and plans, and find who’s working for and against the futures you desire.
